Business Travel Show Europe is an excellent forum for learning about new products and suppliers, gaining valuable insights into the latest industry updates and tools, and connecting with both new and existing colleagues. The educational sessions are highly informative and engaging, making it a valuable experience for anyone in the industry. It’s an event not to be missed.

INDUSTRY LEADERS
The stages welcomed an exceptional line-up of business travel leaders, innovators and industry experts, who shared real-world experiences, practical advice and forward-thinking insights. From emerging trends and evolving traveller expectations to AI and sustainability, every session offered valuable perspectives to help attendees stay ahead in a rapidly changing industry.
I came away with valuable insights and ideas that will help shape and enhance our corporate travel programme.

HOSTED BUYER EXPERIENCE
Once again, the Hosted Buyer Programme played a key role in bringing together the business travel community. Designed for senior corporate travel buyers, the programme combined pre-scheduled meetings, exclusive networking and premium benefits to maximise every moment at the show.
The experience began with an exclusive pre-show conference, where buyers gained valuable insights through the Business Travel Show Europe Innovation Faceoff 2026 and two executive interviews, before the exhibition officially opened.
This year's programme of events included the Hosted Buyer Dinner at Boisdale and an interactive networking evening at Clays Bar on day one, giving buyers the opportunity to continue conversations, strengthen relationships and build new connections in a relaxed, informal setting.
NETWORKING HAPPENED EVERYWHERE
Some of the most valuable conversations took place beyond the one-to-one meetings. Across the show floor, coffee catch-ups, on-stand drinks, interactive games, competitions, live demonstrations and bite-sized presentations created countless opportunities for attendees to reconnect with colleagues, meet new contacts and build lasting business relationships.
