Business Travel Show Europe is where qualified corporate travel and meetings buyers meet the suppliers shaping the future of managed travel. To protect the buyer-led focus of the event, supplier attendance is restricted to exhibitors or paid supplier pass holders.

Exhibiting gives you more than just a presence on the show floor. Depending on your stand size, your team receives passes for the duration of the show, and each team member can manage their own diary of pre-scheduled meetings with qualified buyers.

If you choose not to exhibit, you’ll need to purchase a supplier ticket to attend. Supplier tickets are available in limited numbers and do not include the full exhibitor benefits.

A supplier pass gives you access to the event, but it does not give you the tools that drive measurable ROI.

When you exhibit, you can put your company and team in front of qualified buyers, manage pre-scheduled meetings, raise your brand visibility before and during the event, and turn your participation into a real pipeline opportunity. Any supplier who is not exhibiting and wants to attend Business Travel Show Europe will need to purchase a supplier pass.

A supplier pass gives you access to the event, but it does not include exhibitor benefits such as pre-scheduled 1-2-1 meetings with qualified buyers, pre-event buyer networking access, visibility on the platform, or lead scanning.

Business Travel Show Europe is designed as a buyer-led event. Restricting supplier access helps protect the experience for qualified buyers while ensuring exhibitors receive the full value of their investment. 

Supplier passes are priced at £750 + VAT before 31 March, 2026, £899 + VAT between 1 April - 19 June, and £999 + VAT 20 - 25 June.

If you want simple access to attend, a supplier pass may be enough. If you want meetings, visibility, lead generation, and stronger ROI, exhibiting is the better option.
