Business Travel Show Europe has been running for 27 years as a face-to-face exhibition based in various venues around London, UK. Over this time, the event has cemented its position as the largest exhibition and conference for the European corporate travel community.

Face-to-face meetings, education and networking have been at the core of Business Travel Show Europe since the first exhibition in 1994.

In 2015, the hosted buyer programme was launched to bring more senior, influential buyers to the show, offering travel, accommodation and exclusive content and networking events. Plus a 1-2-1 meetings diary to pre-arrange meetings with exhibitors on the show floor. The programme has grown year on year and now brings over 450 senior buyers to the show.

In 2019, Business Travel Show Europe joined the BTN Group. This new home has allowed the brand to evolve and improve the offering to the community.

Since 2019, two new event brands have been launched; Business Travel Show America which will be running twice in 2021 and Business Travel Show Europe Kick Off which took place on 25 February and brought over 1,700 members of the corporate travel community together. At the start of 2020 BTN Europe was launched, the go to source of news, insight and analysis for the European business travel community.

In light of these new launches, and the event’s position within the community, the brand and name have been updated to Business Travel Show Europe.




2020 wasn’t the year we had all planned for and there is some work to do together to get back to where we were, Business Travel Show Europe and the BTN Group are here to drive that recovery forward.
