BUSINESS TRAVEL SHOW EUROPE APP

There will be no printed show guides available at the event, so we recommend downloading the Business Travel Show Europe app before you arrive. The app gives you access to the full exhibitor list, floorplan, conference programme and other essential event information, helping you plan your day and navigate the show with ease. Having the app ready to go means you'll have everything you need at your fingertips throughout the event.

SILENT CONFERENCING

This year, all conference content will take place on the show floor and will be delivered via silent conferencing technology. Get the most from every session - we'll even provide the headphones.

TOP TIPS

Print your badge before you arrive

To make your arrival as smooth as possible, we encourage all visitors to print their eBadge at home before travelling to the show. Having your badge ready means you can head straight into the event and start making the most of your day. If you're unable to print it in advance, badges can be printed on-site, but please be aware that there may be queues during busy periods, which could delay your entry.

Dress for confidence and comfort

There’s no strict dress code at Business Travel Show Europe — smart casual or business attire both work well. The key is to wear something that helps you feel comfortable and confident throughout the day.

Choose footwear wisely

You’ll cover more ground than you think, from exploring the show floor to moving between sessions and networking events. Comfortable shoes are highly recommended to keep you feeling your best all day long.

Make networking easy

Business Travel Show Europe is the perfect place to make new connections. Bring plenty of business cards — or make sure your digital contact details are easy to share — and aim to introduce yourself to a few new people each day.

Take time to recharge

With a busy schedule of meetings, learning and networking, it’s important to pause and refuel. You’ll find seating areas across the venue, along with water refill stations to help you stay refreshed and hydrated throughout the event.

FOOD & DRINK

Excel London offers more than 20 on-site food and drink outlets, serving a wide range of cuisines, snacks and beverages to suit all tastes throughout the day. Please note that the venue is cashless, so all catering outlets accept card and contactless payments only.

You’ll also find the on-site café, sponsored by Grey Doors, within this year’s show, providing the perfect space to take a break, grab a coffee and reconnect with industry peers or meet new contacts away from the busy show floor.

Prefer to bring your own food? You’re welcome to bring lunch and snacks to enjoy on site.

Reusable water bottles are encouraged, with water refill stations located throughout the venue. All catering outlets will happily refill reusable bottles with tap water free of charge, and we also encourage visitors to bring reusable coffee cups where possible.
