Corporate travel managers, procurement professionals, and meetings and travel bookers from across the UK and mainland Europe. In 2023 19% were from SME organisations, the rest from large corporations. On average, the travel managers who came as buyers had an average travel spend of €76.24 million. What is the hosted buyer partner programme?

The hosted buyer partner programme offers exhibitors greater involvement with Business Travel Show Europe’s hosted buyer audience. It is free of charge to participate and is an added benefit, helping you to amplify your exhibition stand presence at the event. By becoming a hosted buyer partner, exhibitors can invite their clients to attend Business Travel Show Europe as hosted buyers, offering them a VIP experience. What stand packages are available?

Look at all the packages here. We have a solution for every budget and KPI. If you want to make a big splash, then a space-only stand if your best option; if you’re looking for something lower-key to hold a couple of meetings, then the meeting pods of the hub could be the right place for you to start.

When can I start contacting buyers?

Around four weeks out from the show. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you an email a couple of days ahead, so you know the exact time and date you can log in. Then you’ll receive an email from Swapcard with a link to log in. From then, you’ll be able to message hosted buyers and visitor buyers, manage your diary and more.
