What stand packages are available?

We have a solution for every budget and KPI. If you want to make a big splash, then a space-only stand if your best option; if you’re looking for something lower-key to hold a couple of meetings, then the meeting pods of the hub could be the right place for you to start.

When can I start contacting buyers?

Around four weeks out from the show. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you an email a couple of days ahead, so you know the exact time and date you can log in. Then you’ll receive an email from the event planner with a link to log in. From then, you’ll be able to message hosted buyers and visitor buyers, manage your diary and more.

What types of buyer will I meet at the show?

The Business Travel Show Europe attracts a broad spectrum of buyers every year. Corporate travel managers, procurement professionals, and meetings and travel bookers from across the UK and mainland Europe. From FTSE 500 companies to SMEs. On average the travel managers who came as buyers had an average travel spend of €28M. Around 88% are responsible for purchasing travel products/services for their business. In 2024 the main industries we welcomed buyers from were finance, professional services, manufacturing, technology and media.
