Business Travel Show Europe is free to attend for corporate travel managers, meeting planners and procurement/ sourcing professionals responsible for managing their company's or organisation's corporate travel/meetings programme.

HOSTED BUYER
Places on the hosted buyer programme are limited and subject to approval. Qualifying criteria apply. The BTN Group has the final right to accept or deny any application.

Business Travel Show Europe is free for buyers and bookers of corporate travel and meetings, subject to approval. Suppliers must purchase a visitor pass if they wish to attend. The BTN Group has the final right to accept or deny any registration.

NON-BUYER VISITOR
If you do not directly book corporate travel for your business, you will need to buy a pass to attend the show or become an exhibitor.
Rates:
£599 + VAT between 19 February - 31 March.
£750 + VAT between 1 April - 18 June.
£899 + VAT onsite 19-20 June.

If you are a member of the press and would like to attend Business Travel Show Europe, you will need to contact a member of our PR team.
