As a hosted buyer you will be required to pre-schedule five 20-minute appointments per day with a choice of 200+ exhibitors during your visit to Business Travel Show Europe. Ensuring you fast-track and priority access to busy supplier stands at a time that suits you.

Following the pre-show conference, join your fellow hosted buyers for a relaxed evening of networking drinks and dinner at a location close to Excel. There will be a table plan for dinner, so there is no need to worry about how you will make friends as you kick-start your hosted buyer experience and get to know your peers.
