Catering, mains connections (electrics, water, waste etc) and fork lift services must be contracted with the venue or our partner suppliers listed here.
To ensure maximum onsite support, we recommend choosing our preferred suppliers for all your services.
Aztec is the official AV and computer equipment partner for the show.
They have technicians on-site for the duration of the show, so booking via them allows you to benefit from their expertise and support, if needed, throughout the show.
Aztec technicians are not able to offer install and stand-by support on other suppliers' equipment

Parking costs £20 in the multi storey car park, for up to 24 hours and is available for cars, transit vans and minibuses up to 3.5T.

Deadlines
ExCeL London Hospitality (ELH) is the exclusive venue catering partner for all hospitality and stand catering at ExCeL London.
Exhibitor stand catering is a drop and go service only
Choose from our wide selection of food and beverages including morning pastries, sandwich platters and a variety of drinks for all day refreshments and evening receptions. We also provide equipment such as high quality self-service coffee machines, water coolers and essentials such as disposable glassware and cutlery. This is a drop & go, self-service suitable for exhibitors wishing to provide ‘on the go’ catering for their stand visitors and staff.
This service is not available for meeting rooms outside of the exhibition halls or anywhere else in the venue.

If you wish to have catering in a meeting room, away from the exhibition hall or would like staff to service your catering, please contact ExCel London Hospitality directly
Tea, coffee and water machines
We provide equipment such as high quality self-service coffee machines and water coolers full information including prices is available via the website.
Please note:
In order to comply with venue policy and to ensure that all health and safety procedures are successfully complied with, third party catering of any kind will not be allowed. Any food or beverage must be purchased from the venue’s exclusive catering partner ExCeL London Hospitality.
If you wish to offer samples on your stand, please ensure you submit the required sampling documentation to the organiser for approval.
Providing your stand is left accessible there will be an overnight clean on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. If you wish to organise additional cleaning please complete the order form here.
Waste disposal - Plan ahead and pre-order a waste disposal service for building materials and general rubbish that you may be unable to take away from site in your vehicle.
Please remember that any waste left on site will incur a surcharge for removal. Complete the order form here or contact exhibitororders@excel.london to book waste disposal services.

Full Circle Electrical Services is the official partner for all electrical work at the show. They are responsible for all electrical mains works, and all the shell scheme electrical services.
PLEASE NOTE:
Initial power connections to stands are made as soon as possible.
If your stand contractor requires power at the start of build-up a temporary supply has to been ordered prior to the show.

Any shell scheme or pavilion exhibitor wishing to have graphics produced to dress their stand should in all cases contact the Shell Scheme Contractor for accurate sizes. Even if you choose to have your graphics produced elsewhere getting the correct sizes is imperative to avoid any issues onsite.

As an exhibitor you must be insured for Public Liability to a minimum level of £2,000,000. If you do not currently have Public Liability Insurance, this can be obtained for the event from Hiscox (if based within the UK). International exhibitors will need to source insurance from a provider within their own country.
Please ensure that you have a copy of your policy documents with you, onsite at the event. Failure to comply will be at your own risk.

There is a free, unsupported public access wifi network at ExCeL London. At busier times, this network may run slowly.
If a reliable internet connection is key to the success of your exhibition choose one of Excel's secure and reliable Internet connections for your stand. The network supports 5ghz Wi-Fi services for 1,000s of devices to use concurrently or use hardwired connections for faster connections.
If you need power for any device or service, you will need to contact the appointed electrical contractor for the event.

ExCeL London is host to over 40 Gallery Meeting Rooms available for hire during the show. If you require additional meeting space during the show, please enquire with the ExCeL London team to discuss room availability and options. Room rates start at £800 for half a day and £1,500 for a full day.

The Visit Connect Scanning App is the mobile companion to the Visit Exhibitor portal. It is the best and easiest way to collect leads at the show, by using any smartphone or tablet.
The cost of the unlimited scanning app licence is £300 + VAT
