20-year strategic agreement with Zenitude, a family-owned hotel operator

Choice Stragetic Expansion in France
In April 2024, Choice Hotels EMEA entered into a 20-year strategic agreement with Zenitude, a family-owned hotel operator established in 2009. This collaboration aims to double Choice Hotels' presence in France by adding over 30 properties, totaling more than 4,000 rooms, to its portfolio.
The newly integrated properties will be branded under Choice Hotels' renowned labels, including Comfort, Clarion, and Ascend Hotel Collection. Many of these establishments are strategically located in urban centers, suburban areas, seaside resorts, and near airports and business parks, catering to both business and leisure travelers
