Ulrika excels in consolidating travel agencies and implementing a standardised travel process in the different entities globally. Her team aims to run a strategic travel programme, ensuring a consistent process with key stakeholders like Travel Security, HR, IT, and Finance. Ulrika's role involves supplier implementation, advising, guiding, and supporting colleagues globally on travel management, change management, and training. She collaborate closely with Supplier Management on sourcing strategies, global supplier implementation and optimising payment solutions.
