Steve McCauley is a highly experienced, board-level executive leadership coach/mentor and facilitator, based in London; and he is a business, communications and political strategist. Steve works with senior clients on an international basis. He has extensive experience in digital transformation, with a specialist background in music, broadcasting, media, software, data and technology. Steve has broad exposure to the worlds of politics and policy, as well as international affairs, diplomacy and development. Steve is also a Senior Fellow of the Centre for Resilience and Sustainable Development, University of Cambridge. There, he has developed and leads the Creative Ideas Studio, a format where he works directly with national leaders from emerging economies and global, multilateral organisations on issues of leadership and to improve governance and the development of policy, using state-of-the-art approaches including systems design and policy simulation.
