Louise has worked in the corporate travel industry for most of her career across both buyer and supplier roles. She leads the Outsource function at Festive Road and above all is passionate about people and connection. As part of the FR leadership team, she loves finding out how her team and clients are motivated, and what they really need to get there. She loves all things creative and is a keen writer and public speaker. Louise holds various voluntary roles across industry associations. In her non-work world, Louise is a mum to two young kids. She is a school governor, a voracious reader and an avid gig goer.
