Calum Hawley

Calum joined Endeavour Mining in 2018 following a career in the international student travel market based in the UK and USA. Calum joined Endeavour to introduce efficiency and process improvements across their travel programme. The goal being to embed the travel policy, reduce cost, increase security and travel satisfaction. Calum's mantra focuses on clarity of process, creating great relationships with colleagues and suppliers. This paid dividends during the covid crisis enabling continuity of operation across Endeavour's mining sites, multiple acquisitions, integrations and winning Travel Buyer of The Year 2021 at BTN Group's Business Travel Awards Europe 2021.
