Andy has over 25 years' experience in the hospitality industry, mainly in hotel sales roles. He currently sits on the UK & Ireland Executive Board of the Leonardo Hotel Group leading up the Sales function for 53 hotels. Andy leads a team of over 60 sales professionals selling hotels in the Corporate, Meeting & Event, Groups and Leisure Wholesale markets. Previously he held Senior Hotel Sales roles at IHG, Travelodge & Thistle hotels. Andy is passionate about training and empowering Salespeople to build & deliver consultative, insightful, and valued relationships with our customers.
