Nichola represents JTI, and has been with the organization for 20 years with a background in Shared Services. She has been responsible for the travel program for the last five years.

JTI are present in over 100 countries and have a managed travel program covering 75. Our T&E budget for 2023 is $157 million covering travel, events and other miscellaneous expenses.  JTI work with one Travel Agency globally and are currently at the start of the journey to standardize Events. JTI travel under the guidance of “Value Addâ€' travel to ensure that travel is worth the investment to the company.
