Rosaria Torriani serves a EMEA Talent Manager Director for Parker Hannifin, the Fortune 250 global leader in motion and control technologies.  

In her current role, she is responsible for the talent strategy, organisation and culture in EMEA, engaging a diverse workforce of more than 14,000 employees in the region.  

Her main interest is on organisations transform and evolution, and explored the subject in her twenty years of experience through roles in corporations and consulting. 

Born in Italy and living in Switzerland, she has lived and worked in Europe and US, developing a global profile with ability to bridge cultures.
