She has served in a variety of roles at Amex GBT, including on the Strategic Global Transformation team, working across both M&A and operating model initiatives. Prior to Amex GBT, Rachel worked at Accenture Consulting, focused on Strategy and Talent & Organisation, supporting clients with strategic planning and HR and People Transformation.
