Pat is the CEO of Clarity, one of the UK’s largest travel management companies. Under his leadership, Clarity has become known for combining award‑winning travel and meetings technology with exceptional, people‑led customer service. The organisation supports a wide spectrum of customers across, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Professional Services, Academia, the Public Sector, Charities and NGO’s, Retail, Media, Energy, Resources and Marine. Pat has led Clarity for 14 years, following senior leadership roles at Thomas Cook, MyTravel and The Co‑operative Group. He sits on IATA’s Global Travel Management Executive Council (GTEC), and is a Director of OneGlobal, the Clarity co-owned community of leading TMC’s serving multinational customers.
