Carol Randall is the founder of Sage Travel Consulting, an independent consulting firm specialising in corporate travel/meetings & events, and a representative of the global consultancy firm Partnership Travel Consulting. Carol has 25+ years of relevant industry experience, which is drawn upon to support corporate clients in managing, expanding and improving their travel programmes. Carol has been consulting with clients in this challenging sector for the past 10 years, working with organisations of varying sizes and scope ' global, regional, national, big and small. Her areas of expertise include travel programme diagnostic reviews, TMC, M&E and OBT RFPs and implementations, and travel security, as well as policy and service provider performance and fee benchmarking reviews.
