With over 17 years of experience in the travel industry, Charlie has worked across TMCs, the GDS, and tech platforms, bringing a wealth of expertise to her current role as Head of Commercial at Trainline, where she has been for the past four years. In this role, Charlie is responsible for the growth and retention of key partners, including TMCs, OBTs, and GDS partners, while advocating for rail as a sustainable and efficient alternative to air and car travel. Charlie also holds positions on the Business Travel Association Partner’s Board and GBTA’s Transportation Committee. Her passion for delivering a seamless customer experience throughout the business travel ecosystem is at the heart of her work, as she continues to champion innovation across the travel value chain.
