Business Travel Show Europe, proudly presented by The BTN Group, is free to attend for buyers within the corporate travel and meetings industry.
Travel professionals involved in the purchase of technology within their travel business can register for TravelTech Show for free.
Event planners who are responsible for organising meetings, events or incentives can also register for The Meetings Show for free.
Buyer
Complimentary registration is only available for corporate travel managers, meeting planners and procurement/ sourcing professionals who are responsible for managing their company's or organisation's corporate travel/meetings programme. Or PAs, EAs, HR and facilities managers who book travel as part of their roles.

Hosted buyer
The hosted buyer programme is for influential travel buyers who want to get the most out of attending the show. The criteria includes, but is not limited to:
- Minimum £1 million annual travel budget
- Global/National/EMEA Travel Manager
- Category specialists in procurement, purchasing and sourcing
- Make budgetary and policy decisions across travel within your organisation
As part of the hosted buyer programme, you get access to:
- Pre-scheduled appointments with the exhibitors of your choice
- Hosted buyer only masterclasses
- Hosted buyer only pre-show conference
- Exclusive networking events
- TravelTech Show and The Meetings Show

Non-buyer visitor
If you do not directly purchase or manage travel for your business, you will need to buy a pass to attend the show.
Standard Rate:
