Visit Connect puts the success of the show firmly in your hands. Using their own smart device, exhibitors can verify, rate, prioritise, monitor, and respond to leads in real-time, from the show floor or remotely from a team member at your office.

How the app works:
You can access the web app through a simple click, or QR code scan your mobile devices. Your onsite team capture leads by scanning the QR codes on visitors’ badges.

  • Collect qualified leads at the scan of a badge
  • Add pictures, notes, voice memos
  • Assign leads to staff for rapid follow-up

Cost: £360+VAT for an unlimited licence (can be used on as many devices as you need)

Please note: Connect is the only way you can scan badges onsite. Although the meetings platform / event app does house visitor data, it runs on a different software with a different provider (ExpoPlatform), so you cannot scan visitor badges with the event app. However, after the show, you can use the event app to download details of the buyers you had appointments with.
