Non-buyer Pass

The BTN Group is introducing a range of pricing options to allow non-buyer visitors to attend three of its market-leading events in Europe: Business Travel Show Europe, TravelTech Show and The Meetings Show. These events are co-located at ExCeL London and take place on 29-30 June 2022.

From 2022, there are three, two-day pricing options available to non-buyer visitors:

  • £299 pp early bird rate, available to purchase from 1 March until 31 May.  
  • £499 pp for passes purchased between 1 and 28 June.
  • £599 pp for passes purchased onsite.

Each pass gives visitors access to all three events – Business Travel Show Europe, TravelTech Show and The Meetings Show – which are co-located at ExCeL London, for both days (28-29 June 2022), including complimentary access to in-person conferences.

A ticket is valid for one or both days and refunds are not available for unused tickets.

Our commitment is to provide a valuable place for the industry to conduct critical business, and that means providing our exhibitors and sponsors with market-leading networking opportunities and introductions to the highest quality business development leads. We don’t believe it is fair for non-buyer visitors to access the same benefits, free of charge. 

If suppliers are hoping to bring two or more colleagues to Business Travel Show Europe, then booking a stand could prove to be a more economical alternative to purchasing passes. It will also give them access to exclusive exhibitor benefits.

Exhibiting options start from as little as:

  • £2,250 for a meeting table in The Hub, the perfect entry-level option for a first-time exhibitor, including complimentary exhibitor passes.
  • £2,500 for a Showcase space for start-ups in The BTN Innovation Zone (with the opportunity to apply for a grant up to £1,500). This includes complimentary exhibitor passes.
  • £4,400 for a 6 sqm space only stand.
  • £4,680 for a 6 sqm shell scheme stand.
