Developed by Agiito’s in-house Business Solutions and Venue Find teams in conjunction with long-term partners Venue Directory over the last year, instant book is the next significant feature within Agiito’s propriety venue finding booking tool, Meetingspro. 

  
Instant Book is an end-to-end online booking experience within Meetingspro, where bookers can view availability, calculate an accurate cost and book their meeting space right there and then.  

 
This is the next stage in a recent phase of developments from Agiito, who were the first to pilot the live availability feature in 2022.

Visitors to this year’s The Business Travel Show and The Meetings Show (28-29 June) will be the first to see this technology in action, where demonstrations will be available on the Agiito stand (J40).
