In 2023, CDS Groupe entered the German market with the acquisition of CRC (Corporate Rates Club) to meet the market demand for business hotels solutions and services.

This acquisition strengthens CDS Groupe’s overall position in Europe, now covering France, Germany, Italy, Poland, and Croatia.
