Redefining the Office: Our New Belfast HQ
Selective Travel Management is highlighting its newly relocated and fully refurbished Belfast headquarters, positioning the site as a modern “bridge” between home and office for its predominantly remote workforce.

The move, completed in 2026, reflects a continued shift towards flexible working, with a strong emphasis on encouraging staff to use the office as a hub for collaboration, connection, and client engagement.

The new Belfast space also represents a significant step forward in the company’s sustainability strategy. Compared to its previous office, the organisation has reduced its overall floor space by more than 30%, improving energy efficiency while enabling smarter use of shared working areas. Since 2019, the company has reduced its operational emissions from 134.67 tCO2e to 28.92 tCO2e, driven by office consolidation, hybrid working adoption, and energy procurement changes. The organisation has also set an ambition to reach net zero by 2035.

Beyond sustainability gains, the renovated headquarters has been designed with a strong emphasis on client experience. The company is positioning the Belfast office as a hub for relationship-building in an increasingly distributed working world.

As the TMC showcases its evolution at the Business Travel Show, the Belfast headquarters stands as a physical representation of its future-facing strategy: leaner operations, lower emissions, and a flexible workplace model designed around both people and sustainability.
