- Free initiative offering cots, bottle warmers, baby baths and more to make travelling with infants more convenient.
A Friendly Face in a New Space
- Once guests settle in, our 'Lobby Ambassador' invites them for coffee – an opportunity to ask questions that arise during their stay and relocation, including city insights or how to register at town hall.
Solo Travel:
- A commitment to safety and security for solo guests.
- A team member walks guests to their apartments, assists with luggage and takes time to ensure they’re comfortable with the location, facilities and services of the apartment.
Pet-friendly Apartments
- After accommodating pets, apartments are taken out of use for at least 12 hours after departure to allow for deep cleaning.

Wellbeing
- Supporting guest’s healthy routines while travelling.
- Mobility exercises, walking maps, and recipes.

PS Social
- Each month, we host our long-stay in-house guests, offering complimentary bites and beverages - an excellent opportunity for guests to mingle with our team and get acquainted with fellow residents.
