What impact is the current geopolitical tension having on your travel programme and planning for the rest of the year?
Geopolitical instability is driving more short‑term planning, flexible supplier agreements and faster decision‑making, so building dynamic travel policies that can be adjusted in short time using risk and pricing data can be helpful rather than fixed annual plans.
Has your focus on duty of care and traveller risk changed as a result and, if so, how?
Yes - duty of care has increased and is becoming more and more a data‑driven priority embedded across the travel lifecycle. The aim is to integrate real‑time risk intelligence directly into booking tools so that safety considerations may guide decisions upfront.
In what ways are you already / planning to apply AI in your programme?
AI is being used to improve traveller information search to support their booking experience and find out travel policy details. Starting with chatbot to move to more advanced areas.
Do you have concerns about AI that might prevent you from integrating it in your programme?
The main concerns are data quality, transparency and maintaining human oversight in critical decisions. I believe in using AI as a decision‑support tool - not a decision‑maker -and focus first on controlled, low‑risk applications.
Why are you looking forward to attending Business Travel Show Europe? What’s your number one priority?
Business Travel Show Europe is the ideal place to exchange real experiences, discover practical innovations and stay aligned with where the industry is heading. My focus is also on peer conversations - real innovation often comes from shared challenges
Please share a shortcut tip to more innovative travel management.
Move from static policies to data‑driven, real‑time decision making - integrate booking, risk, cost and traveller experience data into one view so you can act faster, not just report better.
