Richard Eades

Richard has previously operated at senior level in Hotels, TMC's and Event Agencies. During his successful career he has also owned and operated a restaurant and industry consultancy. Richard joined BP in 2011 as Global Category Manager (Hotels, Meetings & Events). At the end of 2019, through internal restructuring, Richard took the helm Globally to lead Category Management of all Travel, Meetings & Events, driving strategic alignment to bp's future commitment to sustainability and alternative energies. Coming out of the Pandemic in 2021 Richard was recognised by BTN within the 'Hot List' top 20 industry influencers. Richard sits on various Industry, Airline & Hotel Advisory Boards and is passionate about supporting and ensuring the industry attracts the right talent for the future.
