Kerry Douglas

Kerry joined the ITM team in 2019 in a newly created role as Head of Programme.  Her key responsibilities include defining and executing the association’s overall programme strategy.  She also owns ITM’s special interest cross-industry taskforces and working groups.  Kerry has 20+ years’ experience in the travel industry, primarily at Virgin Atlantic which she joined in 1998. During her time with the airline, she held several positions across the sales team, latterly as Head of Corporate Sales in 2019. Kerry holds a Joint BA (Hons) Degree in Marketing and Tourism from Strathclyde University in Glasgow.
