Jo Lloyd

Jo Lloyd has over 28 years of experience in the corporate travel industry. Having worked across a broad range of industry sectors throughout her career, Jo has experience in TMC, Airline Sales and Procurement environments. Operating as an independent industry consultant for over 15 years prior to joining FCM as Head of Global Account Management & Consulting, Jo engaged with clients across the globe on a number of interesting and diverse projects delivering strategy, sourcing and change management. In addition to her consulting work, Jo also developed and wrote industry white papers. In 2015 Jo founded Nina & Pinta, a strategic consulting and accredited training company before joining FCM in October of 2021. In 2021, Jo was awarded the ITM Chairman's Award in recognition of her contribution to the industry.
