Dominic Short's journey into business travel started in 1989 when he joined Swissair as a trainee. After the apprenticeship he found himself in a leisure sales call centre and hated it. So, he applied for the business travel call centre team and loved it. Thirty years later he is a consultant for anything to do with business travel, meeting events and marketing. Dominic is also the co-founder of the Association of Swiss Travel Management and a board member of BT4Europe.
