Carine Morin has over 10 years of experience in the travel industry with roles progressing from booking agent to business travel programme leader. In her current role, Carine is Regional Travel Manager at ServiceNow, with responsibility for the company’s EMEA travel programme and supporting global initiatives (project executions, supplier management). Previously, Carine was in a similar role at a pharmaceutical company, focusing on its global air and EMEA travel programmes. She is also a member of the European Aviation Committee for GBTA, holding the roles of vice-chair and chair in the past. Carine is focused on traveller experience and improving her company travel programme.
