Business Travel Show Europe is a free-to-attend trade event for corporate travel managers, meeting planners and procurement/ sourcing professionals who are responsible for managing their company's or organisation's corporate travel/meetings programme. If you do not directly purchase or manage travel for your business, you will need to buy a pass to attend the show.
Visitors who pre-register and/or attend, either in-person or virtually, should be involved in or have a job role-specific to the travel industry.
This is a trade-only event; persons under the age of 16 will not be admitted into the show.
By attending/logging on, visitors agree not to participate in any canvassing, leafleting or digital promotion via chat rooms or through message requests. Failure to adhere to this could result in being asked to leave the show and/or access to the virtual platform being suspended.
Visitors agreeing to have their badge scanned by exhibitors or in conference sessions agree to receive communications from these exhibitors. Visitors attending a virtual sponsored session agree to receive communication from those sponsors.
Official show photographers and film crew will be taking photographs and video. The Organisers shall be entitled to use such show material, which may include photographs and video of visitors and exhibitors, for the promotion of future events.
Industry press will be issued with a press badge once vetted. The Organisers reserve the right to determine who is issued with a press badge. The Organisers also reserve the right to refuse admission, exclude or remove anyone from Business Travel Show.
As an event, we take the safety of our attendees seriously and with regard to Covid-19, we will work closely with the venue to ensure adequate measures are in place in order to follow Government guidelines. However, closer to the event the Organisers may decide to include other criteria for the safety of visitors and exhibitors, and if this is the case, we will communicate this to registrants in advance.
It is important that all attendees take proper precautions regarding Covid-19 and follow Government guidelines about symptoms before looking to attend in person. At the event, it is important that everyone takes responsibility for themselves, ensuring they keep physical contact to a minimum (shaking hands is no longer mandatory!), being mindful of other attendees and adhering to a strict hygiene regime.
Our entry policy does not require any visitor to show their Covid status; however, we are ready to reintroduce checks if the Government guidance changes. The wearing of face coverings at the Business Travel Show Europe is optional while moving around the venue.
Correct as of Monday 25 April 2022. Subject to change in line with UK Government announcements and restrictions.
By registering for Business Travel Show Europe, you agree to the admissions policy outlined.
